This is Ameriloan. They are an unlicensed payday loan company operating on an Indian reservation in Florida. They do not hold a license to loan money to anyone in the U.S. and therefore cannot legally take anyone to court. They will call and threaten anyone who owes them money or anyone they think owes them money but it's all B.S. Just don't give them your bank account or debit card information as they will drain your account for every penny they can get. They are a bunch of crooks operating on the outer edges of the law.

Calls everyday 2x per day leaves no message and if I answer the phone no one responds

I get the same calls everyday and almost 5 to 6 times a day. They guy makes an accent of an Indian employer. Heard a couple of times them talking to each other.

Called my business cell phone number to offer a lower rate on a credit card. I pressed 1 to speak to the rep and stated to please don't call my number. I got the reponse of "You could have just as easily pressed 3 have your number removed in a rude tone and then got hung up on.

keep calling will not tell me what they want i am sick of it .

Scam number

it is a forigner asking for someone i couldnt understand regarding a mortgage and I said they have wrong person they said I see and hung up and when I dialed back it doesnt ring it just goes to being disconnected.

There was a recent hack of marketing data from Epsilon, a third party marketer who handles information for many major credit card companies as well as store databases. I have been getting many, many calls asking me to "press 9" to lower my credit card rate. These people are just phishing. NEVER, NEVER give them your information!
